Hello all!
Have you missed me?
I seem to have dropped of the face of the blogging world. I didn’t intend to, but once I headed home I found myself running from friend to family, days filled with various lunches, dinners, and catch-up sessions. I only get home about three times a year so when I do I love to use every minute seeing my friends and family.
This also means way less time for blogging…
No need to fear though, I found plenty of time to read. A few plane flights and one day of laying on my own couch (post-Christmas trip) prepped me for lots of reviews to come.
Get Excited
Ok, so maybe that video is way more cute than excited…but it makes me happy on this first Monday back to work after break. Feel free to click multiple times. Let the endomorphins flow.
But back to the book talk. I met up with RachelKiwi during my time in PA. We went to Max and Erma’s. Very yummy Garbage Burgers
We had a 3 hour dinner in which we discussed our lives, our loves, and our addiction to reading. We also had a No Excuses Book Exchange. In which we gave each other 3 books that must be read by May (when I’m back in town) no matter what. No excuses about author or genre preference, slow introductions, or really sad endings. Nope. All three books must be read, digested, and reviewed by each blogger. Granted we were pretty good to each other…but I couldn’t resist throwing in a Paranormal Romance for Mrs. Kiwi. I’m mean like that, lol.
